Where you can find the finest in grass-fed lamb and beef!
Tawanda Farms is independently owed and operated entirely by the owners. A lot of hard work and love is poured into our 120 acres, half irrigated pasture, half dry land, located in Little Shasta Valley. That's in Siskiyou Count in far northern California.
Our animals are never in feed lots or grain-fed: all our meat is raised in free-range pastures with sweet, mixed meadow grasses that produce lean, succulent, hormone-free meat.
When you buy from us, you can be assured that:
- All meat is raised on this farm
- All meat in a package comes from one animal
- All meat is free-range fed, never on a feed lot
- We never use growth hormones or maintenance antibiotics
- No pesticides are used on our grazing fields
- All meat is dry-aged for 21 days to assure tenderness and flavor.
